Each exercise within this site has written instructions explaining how
to perform each "exercise movement" whether it be using
freeweights, machines or body resistance. Along with photos the members club
also includes video clips specifically for those difficult to perform
exercises.

Most people, who prefer to train at home, have limited exercise equipment.
Usually this would make it difficult when purchasing most programs to
complete the workout according to it's instructions. But not with Virtual

performed with limited equipment. It doesn't matter if you have the most
expensive home gym on the market or just a set of dumbells - we've got you

The "MEMBERS CLUB" includes specially designed training logs
and goal sheets for you to download to your computer. This enables you to
save your own records and to add your details, editing and completing the
log sheets as you progress with your new health and fitness goals.
